Where We Ship

We ship worldwide, including Canada, the United States, and international destinations.


Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to customs processing, weather conditions, or carrier disruptions beyond our control.


Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75 USD. Orders below this amount will be charged a flat shipping rate calculated at checkout.


Order Tracking

Every order includes tracking. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking information to update after your shipping confirmation email is sent.


Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

Treknest ships internationally from our suppliers. Orders shipped outside of the originating country may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees upon arrival, which are assessed by your local customs authority.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the price of your order or shipping cost. Treknest has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order if you have concerns about potential import fees.


Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please:

  1. Check your tracking number for the latest update
  2. Contact your local post office or customs office
  3. Reach out to us via our Contact page and we will do our best to assist you

Treknest is not responsible for packages delayed or held by customs, but we will work with you to find a resolution.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Treknest is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately and we will do our best to update it before the order ships.
